Can we start with just this area?
Yes. Each area can go live on its own, and the others join the same record when you add them. Nothing is migrated twice.
What if a colleague gets something wrong?
Every draft shows how sure the colleague is and why. You can undo any action for 10 seconds. A manager can pause a colleague at once, and every screen keeps working by hand.
Does it work on board without internet?
