Certificate expiry trackers

International Load Line Certificate expiry tracker

The International Load Line Certificate is issued under the Load Lines Convention and is valid for up to five years, subject to annual surveys endorsed on the certificate. Missing a survey window is one of the most avoidable reasons for a deficiency in port.

What to track

  • The expiry date and the anniversary date.
  • Each survey window around the anniversary, and whether the endorsement is on the certificate.
  • Conditions and memoranda that come with the certificate.
  • Who holds the original on board, and who has a verified copy.

How Naavra tracks it

Sana, the certificates colleague, watches every expiry and survey window across your fleet, books the surveyor for your confirmation and prepares the evidence. With the ship's certificate link, one always-current link answers every agent, terminal and inspector.

Always check the certificate's own wording and your flag's requirements; this page explains the general pattern.
