Our roles
For this website and our free tools, we are the controller of the personal data we collect. Inside a customer's deployment, we act on the customer's instructions as a processor, under a data processing agreement.

Contact details you give us; information you type into a free tool (kept up to 24 hours with personal data removed); files (deleted 1 hour after reading) and voice notes (deleted 15 minutes after reading); technical data needed to run the site and prevent abuse, including a daily-changing hash of your network address.
