About Naavra
We build the team every ship manager wishes they had
Naavra is a maritime software company. We are headquartered in Singapore and serve fleets worldwide. Our people have run ships, managed fleets, closed books and written software, and we build for all of them.
What we believe
Principles we build by
People stay in command
Colleagues prepare. People decide. Acts that carry a person's name or licence stay with that person, always.
The ship comes first
Everything works on board, offline, in the crew's language. What the ship wrote, wins.
Every number opens
If we show you a number, you can open the rows behind it. No black boxes.
Plain words
No jargon on any screen. Every action says what happened, what happens next and who owns it.
The show goes on
If any colleague stops, every screen still works by hand.
Your data is yours
Isolated, exportable, never used to train a model without your say.
Work with us
We are hiring people who have lived the work.
